 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy for clarity:

1. 90+ Days Before Retreat Start Date: Full refund minus a $200 administrative fee.
2. 60–89 Days Before Retreat Start Date: 50% refund of the retreat cost.
3. Less Than 60 Days Before Retreat Start Date: No refunds available.

Transfer Option: You may transfer your spot to someone else up to 30 days before the retreat, pending approval.

Retreat Cancellation by Us: If the retreat is canceled, a full refund of the retreat cost will be provided (excluding travel expenses).

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
